While preparing Ruffles chips, the best potatoes are selected during the production phase and first washed. Washed potatoes are separated from their skins by peeling machines. They are finely chopped in choppers and at the same time take their shape inside the package. They are cooked in their consistency in ovens at the appropriate temperature and become ready to be consumed.
